So not only can you download Office 7 beta but a ton of other programs of the 7 beta line. I’m real interested in OneNote, which is a program to make note taking easy. It has tons of really sweet features like automatically sync’ing my pocketpc’s notes and a other stuff. Everybody should check it out!

This is great! I wonder if it’s going to clash with my existing Office install. I might try the standalone programs.. Thanks for the share!

I couldnt get into OneNote, it seemed more for laptops, what do you use it for?

  5. Grant Says:

Well I haven’t worked with it much but it has the ability to work with my pocket pc which I occasionaly take notes on. I might take more notes on it now with this software…But you are right, it is ideal for tablet pc’s and laptops.

@Joy – I had some problems trying to upgrade from Office Pro 2003 which I got from my College so after two failed attempts to upgrade I just uninstalled Office 2003 and did a clean install of Office 7 beta. Works great! I love the way there are tabs instead of drop down menus. Way more user friendly.
